If you are running for President you better know your Constitution!

It is difficult not to be political about something these days. But it is important to have your facts straight when taking political action.

In doing some research on the US Constitution I came across this little tidbit inside the 14th Amendment. In reading the highlighted portion of Sec. 3 below it looks like Mr. Huckabee has forfeited his right to be elected President of the United States based on his actions this week in Kentucky.

I would say he has both engaged in insurrection and rebellion against the Supreme Court’s Constitutional decision regarding marriage AND he has given aid and comfort to enemies of the Constitution.

Sorry about that Mike. At least there is one fewer candidate to filter through now. Phew!
